Dafna joined DFJ TFV in 2005, in parallel to her position as legal counsel of Tamir Fishman & Co. Dafna takes care of all of DFJ-TFV's legal related matters, including fund formation, operation and investment activities through all stages. Aside of her role in DFJ-TFV, Dafna also serves as legal counsel of Tamir Fishman & Co , taking care of its private equity sector, corporate governance and a various range of commercial and financing transactions. Dafna also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Tamir Fishman's provident funds management company.
Before joining Tamir Fishman, Dafna worked as a lawyer at GKH Law offices, being part of its International and High Tech team. Dafna holds a dual degree in Law (LL.B.) (graduated magna cum laude) and Economics and also an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Tel Aviv University.
Whenever work load becomes unbearable, Dafna takes her family for hiking, relaxing with nature.
